HAS DEVELOPED a stainless steel “grate-less” channel drain system for industrial floors that is ideal for wash-down and aseptic applications. All drains are made of type 304 stainless steel (type 316 stainless steel upon request), and all components are fully welded with a bead blast finish. Each system has an odorless trap with removable strainer. The channels are formed out of 14 ga stainless steel sheet (12 ga stainless steel for heavy-duty version), and can be provided in 10-ft. sections with integrated slope of 1” per 10-ft. section. Each run can be up to 20 ft. long, providing a maximum drain length of 40 ft. when the trap is centrally located. THERE ARE MANY configurations that can be developed for your application. We offer a heavy-duty version for high forklift traffic areas.
